I've had this dress for several months, not being able to find a top that matches. I mostly forgot about it...till I came across Jamie Gracemount's store, JJ's.
Jamie makes a few outfits that are of Victorian design...and just so happens a certain top worked well with this dress. The top is from the Victorian Vampress outfit.
The dress is Victorian Gothic, located at UnZipped and Steampowered Nuts Industrial Steampunk Megaplex, in the Victorian section. It comes in long and short skirts.
Another dress and top match. This makes me happy!
